In keeping with our focus on wholistic development of students, the programmes are planned in such a way as to nurture and encourage spiritual disciplines.  Pastoral Care Groups are an integral part of Spiritual Formation. Groups of students assigned to individual members of the faculty. These become home away from home providing close supervision, pastoral care and fellowship nurturing spiritual formation of the students.

The Pastoral Care Groups also become the focal point for inculcating personal disciplines as well as guidance.  Faculty advisors take time to work closely with the students both in academic as well as ministry formation also.

Every year, the Pastoral Care Group meetings undertake study and discussion on a pertinent topic that provides the context for personal sharing and nurturing. These discussions have been found to enrich deeper understanding of community life and affirm positive change into Christlike character.
